I'm a big tea drinker and this place offers a lot of variety. It's fresh, I love that you can smell the teas. And I've also come to enjoy the spices for cooking

This is by far the best store for teas, sugars, and spices. We went for our first time and we couldn't have had better service. The two ladies helped find my wife the white chocolate peperment tea that was very close to the Teavana tea that got discontinued. The lady went above and beyond to make my wife very happy. We are customers for life! *Especially if you get more of the white chocolate peperment tea in stock*

I stumbled upon it by accident during our trip, and it turned out to be a delightful find! From the moment we stepped in, I loved the cozy ambiance and the incredible aroma that filled the shop. The staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable, offering us fantastic recommendations. Their selection of spices, teas, and unique blends was impressive β everything is clearly high quality. We walked away with a few items and I canβt wait to try at home. If youβre in Rochester, try it!

I went to visit the Spice Exchange today and it did not disappoint. The store is stacked with Teas, Spice blends, salts, honey , candles, mesh tools, teapots you name it. Michelle was the staff member on duty and she literally walked me through every single thing. There are a variety of blends already created, but you can also make your own blend. You have the opportunity to smell any blends youβd like, you can even taste some of the different salts too. I had a sample of the Strawberry cloud tea and it was delightful. I could have easily spent an hour plus browsing and determining what to actually buy. You also receive a punch card to earn rewards for each purchase. Iβm 100% Iβll return and will share my experience with family and friends.
